The goal of the working group 'Microscopy' is to disseminate the growing expertise in optical microscopy and nanoscopy, optical spectroscopy and optical methods oriented to the formation of 4D images, especially in biological systems, in the UV-VIS-IR spectral range. Among the key interests of the working group are novel methods such as holography, lalbel-free detection, near-field and far-field super-resolution, and more generally all the optical methods employed in biophysics, biology, and medicine.
