The VISPEC school & conference on Vibrational Spectroscopy will be held during June 2023 in the beautiful city of Perugia, Italy. Dedicated to advances in all areas of vibrational spectroscopy, VISPEC is a unique opportunity to discuss and exchange cutting edge projects and ideas in this “vibrant” field.

A Training School on Vibrational Spectroscopy will be held at the Department of Chemistry, Biology and Biotechnology, and the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Perugia, 12-14th June 2023, where both lessons and practical exercises will introduce the students with the many aspects of predicting and investigating the structure and dynamics of materials. A special session of in situ analyses by portable instruments will be held in the breathtaking environment of the Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria.

The VISPEC conference will be held in Perugia at Sala dei Notari (Palazzo dei Priori), 14-16th June 2023, and will gather keynote presentations together with presentations of research on the different applications of vibrational spectroscopy: from biotechnology to cultural heritage, from photonics to pharmaceutics…and much more!
