The multidisciplinary conference AMYC-BIOMED, Autumn Meeting for Young Chemists in Biomedical Sciences, dedicated to young researchers under 40 working in the field of biomedical sciences, has reached its fifth edition, and will be held from September 23rd to 25th, 2024, at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Rome Sapienza.

All sessions are multidisciplinary, as well as the presence of international speakers: this year's keynote speeches will be given by Manuela Raimondi (Politecnico di Milano, IT), Maria Duca (CNRS, FR), and Luca De Stefano (CNR-ISASI, IT). Additionally, other researchers will give invited presentations, including a session on scientific communication.

The meeting is endorsed by many national and international societies, including the Italian Chemical Society, which, through its divisions, provides participation grants for young members.
