La Società Italiana di Ottica e Fotonica (SIOF) è lieta di annunciare il GS 2025 - Workshop del Gruppo Interdivisionale Sensori, che si terrà dal 15 al 17 dicembre 2025 a Bologna, presso il CNR Research Area (Via Piero Gobetti, 101).

La Società Italiana di Ottica e Fotonica (SIOF) è lieta di annunciare il suo patrocinio e supporto alla XLIV. Colloquium Spectroscopicum Internationale (CSI), che si terrà dal 27 al 31 luglio 2025 a Ulm, in Germania.

The Italian Society for Optics and Photonics (SIOF), in the spirit of promoting the study and development in optics and photonics, issues a 2024 call for two prizes of € 500,00 (euros fivehundred,00) for undergraduate (master) theses. The prizes will be delivered as a contribution to the attendance expenses for a conference, school, or any other similar activity, at the request of the winners.

The European Optical Society Annual Meeting, EOSAM, is a major international scientific conference and exhibition covering all aspects of Optics and Photonics within several Topical Meetings and Sessions, covering all aspects of optics and photonics. The 13th EOSAM is organized in Delft, The Netherlands, 24-28 August 2025 by The European Optical Society, EOS, in close collaboration with The Delft University of Technology, TU Delft.

The 11th edition of the Workshop on Plasmonics, Nano-optics, and their Applications will be held at Complesso San Geminiano, co-organized by CNR-NANO and Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, with SIOF's 'Plasmonics and nano-optics' working group.
